A very warm welcome and thank you for taking the time to look at Blue Button Childcare. My name is Sam Heaven and I'm based in Bury, Greater Manchester. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and I first opened my home in January 2018 after being an Early Years teacher for a few years. I only provide care for EYFS children so that we can go on lots of adventures without the constraints of school runs.
At the moment, we are full until September 2025, when I will be looking for children to join us who will be nearly 3 and older. Please have a nosey around to see if you think our families will be a good fit and please feel free to get in touch.
MISSION STATEMENT
Children are nurtured, educated and celebrated in a loving family home by a passionate and experienced Early Years teacher.
Families are welcomed, valued and respected at Blue Button Childcare as we work together to provide the best care and experiences for the children.
Blue Button provides children with the best of both worlds - an excellent EYFS education in a safe, warm and nurturing home.
Children are encouraged to explore, play, learn and have lots of fun by taking part in a wide range of activities and excursions based around the things they love to do.
Blue Button provides peace of mind for parents/carers because children are looked after by a caring and committed Early Years professional who "always puts the children first and caters for all their needs and encourages child-led learning."
Blue Button days are structured around each child's well being and everyone's needs and routines are taken into account to create a happy medium that works each day.
Blue Button was founded by an Early Years teacher, but more importantly by a loving mum. These different perspectives helped to establish a successful childminding business, and as it's grown, so have the bonds with the children and their parents. Within the first 12 months, it wasn't just a childminding setting anymore, it became a Blue Button Family!
